在SRC大厅见面. You will learn where our studios are, how to set up a spin bike, which group fitness equipment to choose, and how to use the functional training 还有水中有氧运动器材. If you've been wanting to try our fitness classes but have questions, this session is for you!
Fitness Class Challenge - March 5th - March 31st
这 challenge is intended to introduce participants to our free fitness classes! 注册: Fitness Class Challenge Registration
Beginning Monday, March 5th, participants are encouraged to check-in to different fitness classes throughout the rest of the month. The goal is to attend the most fitness 那段时间的课程. Attendance to the class will be 记录 by scanning a QR code in the fitness studios before/after the conclusion of the class. 因此 being dependent on the "honor system", no more than three classes per day can be 记录.
Spin into Spring Spinning Challenge - March 5th - March 31st

Payment is due 24 hours in advance. You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours 提前上课. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours 提前或不来.
