Consistent with the 2014 amendatory language to Sections 16-55-2 , Code of Alabama 1975, the Board shall consist of

• three (3) members from Mobile County;
• five (5) members from the state at large;
• two (2) members from the United States at large;
• the Governor, who shall be 依据职权 总统 of the Board;
• 和 one (1) member from each of the following state senatorial districts, or combinations thereof, as those districts existed in 1963:

(1) Sixteenth 和 Seventeenth districts comprising Monroe 和 Wilcox counties, 和 Butler, Conecuh, 和 Covington counties, respectively;

(2) Nineteenth 和 Twentieth districts comprising Choctaw, Clark, 和 Washington counties, 和 Marengo 和 Sumter counties, respectively;

(3) Twenty-first District comprising Baldwin 和 Escambia counties;

(4) Twenty-third, Twenty-fifth, 和 Thirtieth districts comprising Dale 和 Geneva counties, Coffee 和 Crenshaw counties, 和 Dallas 和 Lowndes counties, respectively; 和

(5) Thirty-fifth District comprising Henry 和 Houston counties.
